English 9

A literature-based course introducing the following: reading, writing, speaking, listening, thinking, media, literature and the English language. To be studied: short stories, poetry, plays, nonfiction, the novel, grammar and composition. Evaluations will be based on quizzes, tests, vocabulary work, writing assignments, projects.
