ProStart Allows students the opportunity to expand their experience with food production after completing LaCuisine I and II.  Laurel High School has entered into an agreement with the Montana Restaurant Association to implement a full program in ProStart.  

ProStart is the career-building program for high school students who are interested in culinary arts and foodservice management.  During two challenging and rewarding semesters, ProStart I students experience classroom study, mentored work experiences, catering experiences, and opportunities to compete in local and national competitions.  Successful completion of ProStart I and II will earn students an industry recognized National ProStart Certificate of achievement.  This class will serve students who are interested in culinary arts and foodservice management.
